Alberta Applicants
To request your Alberta High School Transcript, please follow the Steps below.
NOTE: If you have moved since graduation, an address update will be required before ordering your transcript. Please contact ALIS at 1-780-427-5732 to receive assistance in updating your personal information.
To request your Alberta High School Transcript, please follow the Steps below.

Step #1 - Set up an Educational Account and Request PIN
A) Visit MyPass Alberta and select "Sign in with Educational Account"
B) Enter you email address and choose "I'm New, Sign Me Up"
C) Find the confirmation email in your inbox, and select the link provided
D) Create your Screen Name and Password
E) Select "Request Access to a Students Information"
F) Enter your ASN and DOB then next, and select "Submit Connection Request"
*Upon completion of Step #1, MyPass will mail you a letter which will include a PIN number.
You will need to wait for your PIN number before proceeding to Step #2.
A) Visit MyPass Alberta and select "Sign in with Educational Account"
B) Enter you email address and choose "I'm New, Sign Me Up"
C) Find the confirmation email in your inbox, and select the link provided
D) Create your Screen Name and Password
E) Select "Request Access to a Students Information"
F) Enter your ASN and DOB then next, and select "Submit Connection Request"

You will need to wait for your PIN number before proceeding to Step #2.

Step #2 - Order your Transcript
Once you receive your PIN letter, you can proceed with ordering your transcript following the steps below:
A) Visit MyPass Alberta. Select "Sign in to Educational Account". Enter the email address used in Step #1, then "Sign In".
B) Select "I have a Letter", then enter your ASN, DOB and PIN, followed by "Activate Connection".
C) Select " Order Transcript". (Now that you are connected, you will see the MyPass homepage, each time you login).
D) You may choose to send your transcript directly to EDAC or to yourself. To submit directly to us, select "Institution" then "Other", and enter the address below.
Select "Yes" to include school names.
Once you receive your PIN letter, you can proceed with ordering your transcript following the steps below:
