Deposit of $100 is required for the use of a lender computer. DentalOne21 Education and Consulting will ship the computer free of charge, whereas the student is responsible for shipping costs for return.Â
Computer must be returned in the condition it was received. If damages are present, the deposit of $100 will be withheld. In the event that damages are extensive to the point at which the computer must be replaced, the student will be responsible forÂ
payment of an additional $350 to cover the costs of a replacement computer.Â
Lender computers must be returned within 7 days of course completion. Deposit of $100 will be reimbursed immediately upon receiving returned computer.
